Biography
Pinku Mazumdar is an Indian academician, researcher, and Medical Laboratory Sciences professional specializing in Clinical Biochemistry. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Medical Laboratory Technology at Girijananda Chowdhury University and is working as an Assistant Professor at The Assam Kaziranga University. He completed his Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences (Clinical Biochemistry) from L.G.B. Regional Institute of Mental Health under Gauhati University.
His research interests include Clinical Biochemistry, Oxidative Stress, Diabetes Mellitus, Insulin Resistance, and schizophrenia-related lipid abnormalities. He has authored several research and review articles in national and international journals and has presented his work at scientific conferences including the 5th National Conference of the Indian Confederation of Medical Laboratory Science at All India Institute of Medical Sciences New Delhi. Alongside academics and research, he actively contributes as an external examiner, reviewer, and participant in faculty development programmes, workshops, and continuing medical education activities.
