- I am currently working as an Assistant Professor at Rajarshi College of Education and Skill, Agartala. I have completed PhD in Highways Transportation Systems and Sustainable Management from Tripura University. I was appointed as a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a DBT sponsored project entitled “Environmental Impact of Anthropogenic Activities on the Wetland Bio-Diversity of Rudrasagar Lake, the Ramsar Site of Tripura”. Previously, I worked as a Field Assistant (2019-2023) on the same project. Simultaneously, I have made significant contributions in wetland health management through assessing anthropogenic impact on water quality. Moreover, my research expertise and interests lie in water quality assessment, wetland management and restoration, ecological integrity and optimum utilisation of water resource through the lens of community well-being. I have strong expertise in transport accessibility, spatial mobility, mapping and modelling for sustainable logistic operation. My published books chapter and research articles demonstrated on improving regional development and spatial transformation through spatial mobility and accessibility. Furthermore, I have been actively involved with the American Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering since 2024, serving as a permanent reviewer. Despite this, I have contributed as a peer reviewer for about 10 research articles across five different publications.
