Biography

I am experienced electrical engineer with 18+ years of working experience in field of power electronics, specifically tied to medical and industrial applications. I have a Masters degree from IIT Mumbai (2005) in power electronics and power systems and MBA from Fitchburg state university, MA, USA in general management. I am looking to also collaborate with nationally reendowed Journals and serve as an author and reviewer. My goal is to contribute to power electronics research community and help bring my experiences from the private industry. I hold 1US patent (https://patents.google.com/patent/EP3494582A1/en) which helped introduce wireless power transfer technology in to airport baggage imaging application.
I worked for several organizations like GE, Analogic and TVS electronics, designing power supplies and control electronics, for medical and industrial application. I won many corporate awards and trained in Six Sigma. I also hold a Project management certification from Stanford University. I am also trained as CMMI reviewer, which is a recognized part of the FDA’s Case for Quality (CfQ) initiative, the agency utilizes the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) as a benchmark for the Medical Device Discovery Appraisal Program (MDDAP).
