Biography
Iam a Professor and The Head of the Department of Law at Dr.Ambedkar College,Deekshabhoomi.
I have been teaching Legal Language, Labour Laws, Corporate Laws, International Trade laws and Research Paper Writing both at the Undergraduate and Post Graduate levels for the past 23 years. I hold three Post Graduate Degrees namely, MA- Sociology, MA- Public Administration and LLM. A Doctorate in law.
My core areas of research are in the field of Gender Issues, Domestic Violence against women, Human Rights, Child Rights, Rights of the Elderly, Surrogacy and Corporate Laws.
She has published three books on law namely, “Unorganized Women Workers and Social Security” published by Satyam Internationa,N.Delhi and A Commentary on “Marriage and Divorce Laws in India” published by All India Reporter Ltd. And a Student Edition of Legal Language and Legal Writing Published by Dattsons Publishers, India.
I have written and published various articles on subjects like The rights of HIV/AIDS Patients, Human Rights of Women and women workers, Child Domestic Labour,Surrogacy,Violence in Matrimony, Rights of the Old and Aged Persons etc.
