My name is Dr. Thangavel, and I work at the St. Francis Institute of Management and Research in Mumbai, which is affiliated with the University of Mumbai Research Centre for Management subject and is accredited by NAAC and NBA, India, as a professor-graded librarian and head of the LIRC (Learning and Information Resource Centre).
