Biography

Mr. Indranil Chatterjee received his Gold Memento awarded on 2019 for M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology from Calcutta Institute of Pharmaceutical Technology & Allied Health Sciences, affiliated under Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal. He is now Pursuing PhD. in Pharmaceutical Technology from JIS University, Kolkata. Currently working as an Associate Professor, Department of Pharmaceutical Microbiology & Biotechnology at Birbhum Pharmacy School, West Bengal. He has years of experience in teaching and research in the field of Pharmaceutical Sciences & Education. His areas of interest include Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmaceutics, Virology, Molecular Biology and Nano-biotechnology. About more than 45 of his research & review articles have been published in indexed peer-reviewed national and international journals. He has authored or co-authored several book chapters in reputed publications. He also holds numerous patents for his innovative work on Computer Aided Design for Targeted Drug Delivery System, Wearable Sensor Device, Identification of Disease using Machine Learning Approach & Plant Health Monitoring System. Moreover, he has also reviewed many books based on nanotechnological drug delivery system published under reputed authors. Mr. Indranil’s academic activities include presentation of many papers in national and international seminars & conferences. He has made significant contributions in development of biotechnological drug delivery system for Council of Scientific & Industrial Research. He is a member of the Editorial/Advisory Board of Indian Journal of Biochemistry & Biophysics, National Institute of Science Communication & Information Resources (Council of Scientific & Industrial Research), New Delhi and ACTA SCIENTIFIC: International Open Library, Hyderabad. He is a Community Member of American Chemical Society, USA, Microbiology Society, USA & International Association of Oncology, India. He is a well acknowledged resource person in pharmaceutical education. He has delivered many speeches when invited as a subjective expert for lectures in various organizations, institutes and industries under the area of his specialization.
