Biography

Prof. Dr. Sohayla M. Attalla had MBBCh (1994), Master (2000) and Medical Doctorate (2006) in Forensic Medicine and Clinical Toxicology, Faculty of Medicine, Mansoura University, Egypt where she worked in different positions since 1997. Joined International Medical school (IMS), Management and Science University (MSU), Malaysia as head of Forensic Medicine Unit (2013). Supervised many postgraduate students in Egypt and Malaysia. Has more than 130 published scientific papers and has been an editor and reviewer in many prestigious scientific journals. Had Diploma in Healthcare Quality Management, Diploma in Healthcare Organizations' Administration. She is Professional trainer certified by International Board of Certified Trainers (IBCT), Egyptian National Centre for Leadership Development (NCFLD) and IRCA certified quality management system auditor (QMSLAC). She is member of the Egyptian Society for Training and Continuing Medical Education (EMTA), was a Management Board member of Quality Assurance Unit (QAU), founder and president of the HQIC (Hospitals Quality Improvement Committee), Vice president of Strategic Planning Committee (SPC), member of Internal Reviewing Committee (IRC), medical curriculum development committee (MCDC), performance analysis and evaluation committee (PAEC), and treasure of Human Resource Development Unit (HRDU),Faculty of Medicine, Mansoura University, Egypt.
