Twenty-two years of Professional experience in Nursing. Completed Ph.D. Nursing, MSc(Mental Health) Nursing, MSc in Applied Psychology, Recipient of Gold Medalist in MSc Nursing, Best Tutor award, Best Reviewer award. Publications and research presentations. Reviewer editorial member for National and internationally indexed Journals, Recognized reviewer and editorial member in Web of Science.
Organizing chairperson, secretary and team members, resource person, chairperson and Moderator for scientific sessions in Conferences/workshops/seminars at various levels. Member Secretary for institutional Governing council.
 Cochair person for Institutional Ethical Committee, Board of Studies, Faculty Committee, Examination Committee, and Exam Audit Committee.
 Member for Academic council& Deans committee.
 Training of Trainers (TOT) on the Promotion of Mental health of healthcare providers during the COVID-19 Pandemic" organized by the Department of Nursing in collaboration with the Department of Clinical Psychology at NIMHANS, World Health Organization (India) and the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India.
