Biography

I am an Assistant Professor in School of Agricultural Studies at Quantum University. I teach and research in the field of Microbiology and Pathology. My interdisciplinary research is focused on Antimicrobial compounds and Water Microbiology (using novel technologies) to help tackle the Global Healthcare Challenge of Anti-Microbial Resistance (AMR).
I am passionate about public engagement and I regularly provide expert commentary in the areas of Water Microbiology, microbial transmission and AMR in local, national media. I am a key contributor to publish the article on Medicinal Properties of Ganga Water for the Microbiology Society.
