Biography

Doctoral Research Scholar working in the domain of Strategic Human Resource Management at India Institute of Technology Kharagpur. He has completed his MBA from Indian Institute of Technology Indian School of Mines Dhanbad and Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology. He has qualified UGC NET in HRM (subject code 055) and served as Teaching Assistant at IIT Kharagpur as well as NPTEL Emotional Intelligence Curriculum from January to March 2022. He has presented paper at ISDSI Global Conference conducted by IIM Nagpur and Scientific Poster at International Conference on Emerging Issues and Challenges in Global Mental Health and Public Health for the 21st Century where he won best scientific poster presentation award. Beside presenting paper; he has also served as a session chair at ISDSI Global Conference; IIM Nagpur. He has undertaken several short term development programs releated to research from esteemed academic institutions and posses experience of working on live projects while serving as Human Resource Intern at Tata Steel Limited.
