Biography
Shashirekha Govind completed her Under graduation from Bangalore university (2001) and Post graduation from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bengaluru (India)in the year 2007. Currently She is Professor in the Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, and a PG Guide. Completed her PhD in Cariology in the year 2022. She is a clinical demonstrator for the UG and PG students and actively involves in Research activities and also member for Academic Council and Board of studies from the Department for Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University. She has 16 years of clinical experience and has exposure to state of the art techniques in Micro-esthetic, Root canal treatment, Microendodontics, Specialized in management of Separated instruments, and Cosmetic Dentistry. She did post graduate diploma in Clinical Research from IDA. She has 40 Publications in National and International peer reviewed Journals and has attended and presented in many International and National conferences. She is a Reviewer for national and international journals. She is Associated with various National (IACDE, IACD,IDA,WDC) International (ConsAsia AFOCD, Cochrane member, IADR) and Speciality(IACDE, IES) associations.
