Biography
I am currently working as Assistant Professor in Chemical Engineering department at Dr BR Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar, Punjab. I completed my Ph.D in Chemical Engineering from NIT Warangal in 2015, Prior to joining NIT Jalandhar in 2018, i worked at Department of Chemical Engineering IIT Guwahati as National Postdoctoral Fellow, where i involved in a DST-SERB NPDF project on Potential reaction pathways and kinetics of catalytic co-pyrolysis of lignocellulosic biomass and waste plastics in producing value added products. I have more than 7 years of teaching experience. At NIT Jalandhar, my work mainly focuses on thermochemical conversion (Pyrolysis, hydrothermal liquefaction) of a variety of feedstocks such as agro-residues, waste plastics, municipal solid wastes (MSW) and Lignin to liquid fuels, chemicals and materials.
