Biography

Saadia Ambreen is currently employed as a lecturer at the University Institute of Food Science & Technology, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, The University of Lahore. She graduated from the National Institute of Food Sciences and Technology (NIFSAT) at the University of Agriculture Faisalabad with a master's degree in food science and technology. She has published articles in both domestic and foreign journals with a background in Food processing and preservation, high-pressure processing, Food and Nutrition, and product development.
