Biography

Dr. Venkata Krishna Kumar Sadhu is an Architect – Housing Planner, having more than 25 years of
Teaching and professional experience in the fields of Architecture. Housing, Real Estate advisory and
Settlement Planning studies are the key areas of academic expertise.
He was involved in designing / revision of Academic Curriculum for Bachelor of Architecture. He had
prepared Reports on Real Estate Property Valuation, Demand Assessment, Technical, Market and
Financial Feasibility, preparation of RFP (Request for Proposals), Development Agreement for PPP
(Public Private Partnership) projects in several cities and towns in India as a Team member / Team
Leader / Project Advisor.
