Biography
Currently, I am an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Business and Economics of Gambella University, Ethiopia. I do possess more than 15 years of teaching and research experience in higher-educational multicultural settings, including ICFAI University Tripura, Tripura University, and National Institute of Technology, Agartala. I have been an active researcher and learner and have been regularly involved in academic activities as reviewer, editor, and supervisor. With a research focus on rubber plantation and sustainable development, particularly in sustainable tourism, I have published a number of research papers in peer-reviewed journals and conferences. I have experience in writing research grant proposals for external funding and support. I have been involved in development of Ph.D. and Master’s program curricula and also in the evaluation and administration of higher-educational programs. Community development activities, organization of conferences and events, and securing business consultancies and sponsorships are some additional accomplishments that I wish to mention with pride in my career history.
