Dr. Ebru Yilmaz is working as Assoc.Prof.Dr. in Department of Aquaculture and Fisheries, Aydın Adnan Menderes University, Turkey. She has Ph.D. degree in Aquaculture, with key interest on fish nutrition, feed ingredients, trout pigmentation and fish health.
