Biography
Dr. Neelesh Kumar Maurya,Assistant Professor, Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at Sharda University, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, He obtained a B.Sc. and an MSc (Nutritional Science) from the University of Allahabad, Prayagraj. He has a Master in Clinical Research and Regulatory Affairs from Sikkim Manipal University, Gantok. He is a professional consultant dietician with 5 years of experience at Gangasheel Advanced Medical Research Institute, Bareilly. He received two awards for best oral presentation. He got the Aawarad 5 award for outstanding contribution in food and nutrition. Meanwhile, he published 60 research and review articles in various international journals and also published 15 book chapters, 6 books, 2 copyrights, and 10 patents.
