Biography

Mudasir Khazer is working as Librarian in the Department of Higher Education, J&K, India. He has been awarded with Doctorate Degree (Ph.D) in the field of Library and Information Science. His research interests
include Information Literacy, Digital Libraries, Information Seeking Behavior, User Study, Deep Web
Technologies, Predatory Publishing. He has attended and presented papers in various National as well as In-
international Seminars including ICLAM 2014. He has authored many research papers in international and national journals and has won
the best paper award in ICLAM 2014.
