Biography

r Anika Magan is Assistant Professor, Department of Applied Psychology, Manav Rachna International Institute of research and studies, Faridabad. She has over 10 years of research and more than 5 years of teaching experience. Previously worked with Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida for three years as Assistant Professor. Dr Anika did her Graduation in Psychology from Delhi university and her Masters and PhD in Applied Psychology from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. Her area of interest lies in Counselling Psychology, Positive Psychology, Research methodology and Statistics.

She is currently working as Co-Principal Investigator in an ICSSR sponsored Project titled ‘Elderly care framework in contemporary India: Socio-Demographic, Entrepreneurial and Policy Implications’. She has taken psychological training sessions with CPWD, Special Olympics Bharat, Organ India to name a few. She has been guiding students on research at PhD, PG and UG level.
