Biography

I am currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics as a Statistics expert, at the Faculty of Science, Jazan University, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I received a B.Sc. (Hons) Degree, M.Sc., M.Phil., and Ph.D. degree in Statistics from the Department of Statistics and Operations Research, Aligarh Muslim University, in 2002, 2004, 2008, and 2012, respectively. After completion of the Ph.D., I worked in various reputed Institutions and Universities. Additionally, I am involved in various projects and have published more than 40 articles in National and International Journals of repute. My research interests include various topics in Statistics, Estimation of population parameters in different types of sampling, Optimization in Sample Surveys, Mathematical Programming, Reliability Optimization, Modelling and Forecasting, and Time Series data.
