Biography

Engaged in teaching and research in the Department of Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology, University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh since 1998.
My research interest is to study the quantitative characters of a population obtained through breeding procedures and evaluating their inheritance pattern by applying biometrical genetic methodology and also study of their genetic control at the molecular level.
I have supervised M.Sc., M.Phil. and Ph.D. thesis at graduate and post-graduate levels and carried out a number of research project.
Published a book entitle "Biometrical Techniques of Quantitative Traits' at amazon.com.
I have published 66 research articles in different reputed journals in home and abroad.
Working as reviewer/editorial board member for more than 16 different journals in home and abroad.
