Biography
Shubham Dadhich completed B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering in
2014. he has worked as JRF in SERB, DST funded Project No. ECR/2017/000179. Currently
he is pursuing his M. Tech (VLSI) and Ph. D. (dual degree) in the area of Numerical
Simulation and Compact Modeling of Organic Thin Film Transistors. He is authored over 7
publications. The area of his scientific interests includes a)Organic Electronics, b)Compact
Modeling, c)Device Modeling D) SPICE Modeling, E) Thin Film Transistors.
