Biography
I am Ayush Madan, an M.Tech. graduate in Biotechnology from Graphic Era University, India. My academic background encompasses key areas such as Microbiology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, and Cell Biology, complemented by practical experience in advanced in vitro techniques like Plant Tissue Culture and Animal Cell Culture.
During my B.Tech., I completed a two-month research term with workshops in biotechnology. In my M.Tech., I focused on fermentation technology. My six-month internship at Biocon Research Limited, Bangalore, involved process characterization of biomolecules, including hold time stability studies and resin lifetime studies. I am proficient in techniques such as Cell Culture, HPLC, PCR, SDS-PAGE, Gel Electrophoresis, and DNA cloning.
Currently, I work as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biotechnology at People’s University, Bhopal. Previously, I held a similar role for 5.6 years at Shobhit Institute of Engineering and Technology. I also served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Institute of Tropical Aquaculture and Fisheries in Malaysia, where I worked on enhancing shrimp cultivation through integrated microalgae systems.
I have published several research articles and presented my work at national and international conferences, contributing to advancements in the field of biotechnology.
