Biography
Bilgehan Pamuk, who serves as a faculty member at Kilis 7 Aralık University in the Department of History within the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. He also holds the position of department head. In addition to his departmental role, Pamuk has been involved in various administrative and academic activities. He has served on the boards of directors of the faculty and institute, chaired and been a member of various commissions, and has been actively involved in organizing and participating in national and international symposiums and congresses. Pamuk's research primarily focuses on the Social and Economic History of the Ottoman Empire and Urban History. He is a member of national and international organizations related to his field and has been engaged in numerous research projects. He has also taken on responsibilities in the boards of directors of several non-governmental organizations related to social development. Books reflect his expertise in the history of various regions and topics related to the Ottoman Empire and urban development. Additionally, it's mentioned that he is married and has two children.
