Biography
Dr. Khusboo Srivastava brings a unique blend of corporate and academic expertise, honed over nearly a decade, to her role as Assistant Professor at GLA University, Mathura, where she has been serving since July 2019. A gold medalist at the postgraduate level, she has consistently demonstrated academic excellence, further bolstered by her UGC NET qualification and a Ph.D. in Management with a focus on Higher Education. Her research acumen is evidenced by numerous publications in prestigious, indexed journals. Dr. Srivastava is skilled in advanced research analysis tools such as SPSS, Smart PLS-3.0, and Amos-SEM, enabling her to conduct in-depth data analysis and contribute meaningful insights to her field. In addition to her academic pursuits, she is a recognized trainer, having conducted various training sessions across different organizations.
