Biography

I am Abrar A. Elhussien a master's student in Chemical Engineering at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM). my research focuses on molecular simulations and adsorption technologies for environmental applications, with a particular emphasis on the use of zeolites, metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), and nanofiltration membranes for gas separation and resource recovery. I have expertise in Grand Canonical Monte Carlo (GCMC) and molecular dynamics simulations, investigating the mechanisms of hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) and carbon dioxide (CO₂) adsorption in advanced materials. I am passionate about developing sustainable engineering solutions to address global environmental challenges.
