Biography
I have almost 15 years of professional expertise in both academia and development as a certified sociologist. I have made numerous trips around Pakistan over the years in order to gather data, do focus groups and qualitative interviews, appoint teams and train them, perform impromptu field monitoring visits, and create budgets for various projects. In addition, I have been providing professional and capacity-building training on mental health, social welfare, education, and projects pertaining to women's empowerment and related subjects. I have been employed by the University of Sargodha, Sargodha, as a visiting lecturer in the sociology and criminology department for about 7 years. I have been employed for the past two years at Lords Educational Complex in Lahore as a Sociology Lecturer. I started working as a Principal at Minhaj Group of Colleges in Akrianwala, Jhang, on March 6, 2023 by MINAHJ EDUCATION SOCIETY, LAHORE, PAKISTAN.
