"Dr. Sagarkumar Shah serves as an Assistant Professor in the Mechanical Engineering Department at Atmiya University, bringing 20+ years of academic expertise. His primary research areas include advanced welding technology, welding metallurgy, optimization techniques, and corrosion science. Dr. Shah has made significant scholarly contributions, publishing over 20+ research articles in reputed journals, authoring three books, and presenting four papers at international conferences.
He has been honored as an Innovation Ambassador (Foundation & Advanced Level) by the Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell (MoE’s Innovation Cell) and AICTE, highlighting his dedication to fostering innovation. A member of esteemed professional bodies like ISTE, IAENG, and ICorr, Dr. Shah actively engages in professional development and collaboration.
In addition to his teaching and research, he has served as the nodal officer for the ARIIA portal of Atmiya University, demonstrating his leadership in institutional rankings and innovation metrics. Dr. Shah has also contributed to various key committees, including NAAC, the International Conference Fund Raising Committee, the University Innovation Committee, Accreditation & Ranking, and Admission Counselling, playing a vital role in institutional development and strategic initiatives.
