Dr. Khushboo Rathore is an academic and educator with over 13 years of teaching experience. She is currently an Assistant Professor at Kamla Nehru College, Korba, and is dedicated to enriching educational practices with ethics, innovation, and collaboration. Dr. Rathore has been instrumental in various academic and civic initiatives, including serving as a SVEEP Nodal Officer, training for the Tata Institute of Social Sciences' NUSSD Programme, and conducting workshops on stress management and youth leadership. She has authored numerous research papers and book chapters, covering topics such as leadership, social motivation, welfare activities, youth development, and moral education. She has received recognition for her innovation and dedication, including the "Best Performance in SVEEP Programme" award. Dr. Rathore is known for her problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and dedication to nurturing students' potential. She is committed to inspiring quality in teaching and fostering environments where education is a tool for personal growth, ethical decision-making, and societal betterment.
