Biography
I am Dr. Prem Kumar G, a passionate educator and professional in the field of Physical Education, currently working at CHRIST University. Over the years, I have published several articles focusing on topics such as disability, football, and inclusiveness in sports. These areas are close to my heart, as I firmly believe in making sports accessible to everyone, regardless of background or ability. My goal is to foster a more inclusive and supportive environment for all athletes, whether they are in the classroom or on the field.
I am also proud of my academic achievements. I hold a gold medal in both BPED and MPED, and I was honored to receive a highly commended recognition for my PhD. I also cleared the UGC NET, which further reinforced my commitment to advancing my knowledge and contributing to the academic community.
In addition, I am an active member of PEFI (Physical Education Foundation of India), which connects me with professionals across the country and keeps me engaged in the development of physical education standards and practices.
Sports have always been a big part of my life. I’ve had the privilege of representing my university in a various sport, including football, table tennis, cricket, and badminton. These experiences have shaped my perspective as both an athlete and a coach, allowing me to bring a well-rounded approach to my work in physical education.
