Biography
Dr. Anjali Sharma is currently working as an Associate Professor at Guru Gobind Singh College of Pharmacy, Yamunanagar (NAAC & NBA Accredited). She holds a B.Pharm from Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, an M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics from Uttarakhand Technical University (78.6%), and a Ph.D. from Shobhit University (2021).
With over ten years of teaching experience, including five years at the postgraduate level, she has mentored 10 M. Pharm (02 ongoing) and 03 Ph.D. (ongoing) students. Her research focuses on nanotechnology-based drug delivery systems, enhancing drug efficacy and patient compliance. She has authored 45 research/review papers, 42 book chapters, three books, and holds 12 design patents and two copyrights.
A committed educator and researcher, Dr. Sharma is a Life Member of APTI and IPGA. Her excellence has been recognized through prestigious awards, including the Young Scientist Award (2021), Research Excellence Award (2023, 2024), Global Faculty Award (2023), and Inspiring Academician Award (2024) by IPGA Uttarakhand State Branch. She has also been honored by the Bureau of Indian Standards and other esteemed organizations for her contributions to science, education, and society. Dr. Anjali Sharma actively engages in academic and social initiatives, participating in over 40 conferences, workshops, and FDPs to drive positive change.
