Biography

I Dr.BABU RAO GADDALA is currently working as Associate Professor in the department of Chemical Engineering, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya (A Central University),Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India.. I have been awarded Ph.D in the month of January 2016 in the Department of Chemical Engineering, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, India. The title of my thesis is "Studies on Biosorption of heavy metal ions (Cd2+, Co2+, Ni2+&Zn2+) using marine macro–Algae Sargassum Cinereum &Ulva Lactuaca”.
I have obtained M.Tech degree first class with distinction in Chemical Engineering in 2007&B.Tech with first class in Chemical Engineering both from Vignan’s Engineering College Guntur (under JNTU, Hyderabad), Andhra Pradesh., India in 2005. I have consolidated experience of 17+ years in teaching in India & abroad (Oman).
I have published 31 research articles in peer reviewed journals, 2 book chapters, Editor for 1 Edited book, 8 patents and some of are under review. I was also participated and presented Papers in several national (8) and international conferences (11) in India, Oman & Bahrain. I have attended 16 weeks of various FDP at IITs, NITs and various universities and online FDPs (10) and webinars (20). I have supervised 17 B.Tech Chemical Engineering & 1 M.Tech project.
I have 20 national & international Professional Body Memberships which will give up to date knowledge of the field.
