Biography
I am an academician and researcher with over 10 years of experience in Swasthavritta and Yoga. I hold a Ph.D. and M.D. in the field, and my work focuses on preventive healthcare, lifestyle management, and holistic wellness through Ayurveda and Yoga. I have authored 14 peer-reviewed research papers and 2 books, and I regularly deliver talks at national conferences and appear in media as a subject expert. My mission is to bridge traditional Ayurvedic wisdom with modern health practices for sustainable well-being.
